Community Rules
Available Seasonal Sites
Below is a list of Seasonal RV sites currently available. Many of our guests invest significantly in improving their RV site while they are here. When they leave Barefoot Landing Camping Resort, the improvements they have made become available for purchase to the next person desiring that site. Examples of site improvements include sheds (some very large and quite impressive), decks, porches, small storage areas, etc. Sometimes the RV itself will be included in the sale and sometimes not.
If you would like to be added to our waiting list to be alerted when new sites become available please email us.
Approximate locations for each site can be found on the Resort Map page.
(Note, RVs older than 20 years may not be transferred to another owner and stay in the Resort without prior management approval.)
Please note that all residents must complete a background check and be approved by the resort prior to signing a site lease. Seasonal site rent is due in full at signing unless a payment plan is selected. A refundable $350 security deposit is due as well.
