Month-t0-Month Cabin& COTTAGE Rentals

Are you interested in a monthly rental in one of our beautiful cabins or cottages? Look no further...

Our cabins offer complimentary Wi-Fi and are equipped with Roku TVs, which include Spectrum cable and access to free streaming channels. Prospective monthly and seasonal residents must undergo a background check and receive approval from Barefoot Landing Management. All individuals aged 18 and over who will be residing in the property must complete the application and background check process. To submit your application, click the "Apply Now"below.

We require a minimum of the first month’s rent is required as a security deposit. We allow a maximum of two pets per unit; however, a $400 nonrefundable deposit is required for the first pet, with an additional $35 per month for each pet thereafter. Each cabin and cottage can accommodate up to two vehicles, and any trailers or boats must be stored in the designated area, which incurs an additional fee.

Please note that our rates vary between the off-season (October 31 to May 31) and the on-season. We also offer short-term weekend or weekly rentals, with additional cabins available, including options with two bedrooms and lofts.

The cabin offers all the comforts of home, with water, sewer, and Wi-Fi included. Electricity is

billed separately each month. It features a queen bed in the primary bedroom, twin bunk beds,

and a pullout couch. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a cooktop,

microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker and toaster. Shared laundry

facilities are available.

1 BedRoom W/Loft

OCT 31- MAY 1 $1295/MONTH

The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while two twin bunk beds are

located in the hallway. For extra sleeping arrangements, head up to the loft, which contains two additional twin beds for a cozy retreat or storage area. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker and toaster. Shared laundry facilities are available.
