Prorated lot and shed for rent (camper not included/sold separately). Prorated rent will be calculated and based on the date of move in. A seasonal site campground transfer fee of $500 is required from the seller or buyer as well as a $250 security deposit from the purchaser. Buyer must complete a background check and be approved by the campground mgmt prior to purchase.
